The problem

## Sound familiar?

01

### Calls missed on the job

You’re on a roof or in a crawlspace when the phone rings — and the homeowner calls the next company.

02

### Slow replies to web leads

Form and Facebook leads wait hours for a reply while competitors respond in minutes.

03

### Leads typed in by hand

Details from calls and texts get re-entered into the CRM, or lost.

## Questions about missed-call text back & ai receptionist

What is missed-call text back?

When a call goes unanswered, the caller instantly gets a text from your business number offering help or a booking link — so the conversation continues instead of going to a competitor.

AI receptionist or answering service — what’s the difference?

An answering service takes messages. An AI receptionist can ask the right questions, check availability, book the job and log it in your CRM, any time of day — and hand off to a person when needed.

Does it work with ServiceTitan, Jobber or Housecall Pro?

Yes. We connect to the field software you already use wherever it allows integrations, so booked jobs and lead details land where your team works.

Will customers know it’s automated?

You choose the tone and rules. Most contractors use friendly texts sent under their business name, with a person stepping in for anything complex.

## See what this would look like for you.

A 30-minute call. We’ll look at how you work today and tell you what’s worth building — and what isn’t.
