5. Content and Data

5.2 AI Twin Outputs

You own the outputs generated by your AI Twin, subject to these Terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring these outputs comply with all applicable regulations.

5.3 Data Processing

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. You can request data deletion or modification at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

TribeHQ IP

The TribeHQ platform, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property laws.

User IP

You retain ownership of your content and any intellectual property you provide to create your AI Twin.

7. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
Revenue sharing terms are outlined in separate agreements

8. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
Implement emergency updates to ensure security
Temporarily suspend service for technical reasons
Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
