Pricing questions

Will this cost less than our current software?

Often, yes — especially if you pay per seat for features you barely use. The audit compares your licence spend with the cost of a custom build, so you see the numbers before deciding.

Who owns what you build?

You do, end to end. Code lives in your repo, automations in your accounts, with docs — no licence fees to us and no lock-in.

Do tool subscriptions come out of the retainer?

No. Software is billed to your accounts at cost, so you always own and control it — and see exactly what you pay.

Can we skip the audit?

If you already know the workflow you want, we can scope a sprint directly after one call.

What if a workflow breaks?

Every build ships with error alerts and a runbook. Sprints include 30 days of fixes; retainers cover it ongoing.

Where are your clients based?

Anywhere. We work with clients in the US, UK, Australia and beyond — asynchronously, with calls scheduled in your business hours.

How much of our team’s time does this take?

Under 10 hours of your team’s time from audit to go-live: about 3 hours during the one-week audit (a kickoff call, short walkthroughs of how you work today and a plan review), then about 1 hour a week during the build sprint for a check-in, quick questions and testing. After launch, about 30 minutes a month.
